About T Kee Cafe

T Kee Cafe is a chinese restaurant in Sacramento, California. It is listed at 1910 Fruitridge Rd, Sacramento, CA 95822, which places it among the local businesses of Sacramento that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Sacramento; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in California are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (916) 428-7883. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 352 reviews, which is a strong result for a chinese restaurant in Sacramento and suggests consistent service.

Sacramento is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Sacramento is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I recently visited T Kee during their soft opening and I loved the new renovations. The restaurant looked very bright and more modernized. Their red bean ice was very dull in flavor with no sweetness and their HK style milk tea was bland. The spaghetti in the beef spaghetti with black pepper sauce was all broken up and it felt like there was more bean sprouts than pasta. The pork in the baked pork chop house special had a stinky taste to it and the rice was drenched in sauce. I went right when they opened and they were already out of chow fun. I had always enjoyed eating dinner at T Kee so hopefully their dishes improve. The service was a bit slow and chaotic as well even though T Kee was already an established business beforehand.

This place is legit Taishanese / Cantonese food. Got the mushroom steak, hand pulled chicken, the garlic clam, and the yellow eel clay pot rice. The seafood is fresh, the meat is of food quality and well seasoned, the clay pot eel rice is good. I'm not much for chicken, but the chicken person liked it.

Fantastic and authentic Cantonese cuisine! The more I try it, the better it gets. My family loves it is as well. I will let the pictures do the talking. Rice is quality as well, and the staff is really nice and patient. Parking is average, and weekends can be a little busy, but we always found a spot. Fish and seafood are fantastic, as well as the soups/pots. Pretty family friendly, and a nice atmosphere. But the quality of the food is what makes it shine. Enjoy!

Hong Kong style food. Delicious Clay Pot Rice, we had a small size of pork rib/sausage one. The small size is big enough for 6 people to share. It took 30 minutes to receive this dish, but it's worth the wait. Sweet and sour pork with pineapple is original and tasty. We are also impressed with the Lamb Clay Pot. We will definitely come again to try other dishes. Friendly staffs. We had the fresh mango juice drink as the free treat. It was a very pleasant experience with this Chinese style restaurant.

yum, food is authentic, and service is great! Atmosphere actually good but Sometimes they are really busy. Waiters always polite even they are super busy. Ps: clay pot rice is a must-try dine-in item, better call them order ahead of time (around 30 minutes) before arrival.
